Observation

We watch the team work for five days and write down what costs them time. The deliverable is a note, not a licence invoice.

Short build

Two to three weeks for a tool that does one thing. It runs on your hardware and you can read all of it.

Takeover

A tool already exists but nobody maintains it. We put it back in working order and document what it actually does.
